What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. Name, phone, email and message are required. A work email entered for a free reputation audit on the homepage is carried to that form so you can complete the rest of the enquiry before anything is sent.

We do not run advertising trackers on this website. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage our working relationship with you. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are saved in our enquiry spreadsheet and emailed to our team. We may also share information with service providers who help us run the website, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and delete them on request unless we are required to retain them.
